Inorder tostudytheeffectofthesatisfactionlevelofthefestivaldirector systemandperceivedeffectivenessonorganizational effectiveness of mediation, descriptive statistical methods and multivariate statistical analysiswere performed by obtaining a sample of over 350 festival officials with a focus on Seoul. The inter-item consistency was determined using Cronbach’s alpha and was more than 0.7. The reliability of the measurement instrument was good. Conducting exploratory factor analysis for the validation of measurement tools was the validity of the factor analysis measurement tool was secured. In order to investigate whether satisfaction of hypothetical festival director system and perceived effectiveness had a significant impact on the mediation of organizational effectiveness, eight sub-hypotheses were formulated analyzed with a focus on one major hypothesis. Seven of them were selected, and one was rejected. However, with regard to unexpectedly different results with the lack of previous studies, it is expected that follow-up studies will be actively conducted successful results will be obtained not only in theoretical systematization of this study area but also in practice.
