Goal model provides essential knowledge determining autonomic control point and abstracting the complicated managementproblem.Mostoftheexistingmethodssufferfromacommonproblem,inthatthedevelopershavetoanalyze thecomplextargetCPS.NamelymuchtimeandeffortisrequiredtoinspecttheCPS.Thus,thispaperoffersamethodto buildagoalmodelfortheautonomiccontrolofCyber-PhysicalSystems(CPSs).Thisapproachattemptstodefineandapply thesystemknowledgerequiredfortheautonomiccontrolfromthegoalmodel.
