Objectives: This study focuses on of B.O.T contracts as quasi-administrative to serve projects for various governmental sectors in Saudi Arabia. Based on various demands of applying technology, and presenting high levels of services; B.O.T used for establishing infrastructures that inquired financial funding and encouraging the international and private sector to participate in national development plans. Methods/Statistical analysis: The study used systematic review approach and analyzing current 5 major projects of B.O.T in Saudi Arabia and summarized the current perspectives to validate law impact on economic activities. Findings: Findings showed that even Saudi Arabia legislations support the assignment of B.O.T contracts of several projects in the field of renewable energy, the establishment of maritime ports, international trading, airports projects, bridges and joint highways between economic and the urban areas. But Saudi Arabia still less active in B.O.T contracts which could serve as the fastest method to cope between high incomes of mineral mining’s and oil and religious tourism and national development, and reducing unemployment by offering jobs, and helping government to avoid loans possibilities. B.O.T. contracts can strengthen the government’s ability, in implementing necessary projects, to serve community indirectly, without suffering from any financial or economic wastage within a pre- signed schedule as a lien contract. Application/Improvements: The B.O.T contracts support governmental projects in future to reduce expenses.
