Abstract

In this paper we give new results on the best coapproximation in the Hausdorff topological vector space X. Assume that f be a real valued function on X and we present some results regarding f-best coapproximation. We determine under what conditions f-coproximinality can be transmitted to the quotient spaces and conversely. 2010 Mathematics Subject Classification: 41A52, 57N17.
