Objectives: This paper proposed a XML format for different type of stakeholders on top of a three tier architecture and validates the implementation of MTUECF to have a secure electronic contract. Methods/Analysis: Implementation of XML based MTUECF model for e-contract. Findings: The three tier proposed architecture for implementation of MTUECF model is more secure and addressing the basic contract guidelines along with the privacy and security aspects. Applications/ Improvements: The proposed model can be implemented in future by the organisations for a secure e-contract procedure.
