The effect of leaf/bunch ratios (6, 8, 10 and 12 leaves/bunch) on yield and fruit quality of Khlass date palm cultivar was studied for 3 successive years in National Date Palm Research Centre of AlHassa, Saudi Arabia. Yield and total production of dates gradually increased significantly with increasing leaf/bunch ratio. However, leaf/bunch ratio had no effect on length, breadth and weight of Khlass fruits and the differences between treatments were not significant.
