Objectives: To compare different e-commerce website with different e-contract parameters which we have defined in MTUECF universal e-contract framework model. Methods/Analysis: We have studied the information provided by the organizations through their website in different information pages like terms and conditions, information related to seller policy, buyer policies, user agreements, privacy policies etc. to the user. We have considered 13 popular websites empirically having its presence in India. We validate the parameters of MTUECF with these websites using statistical t-test. Findings: It was found after the analysis that the Organizations having their International recognition are addressing the basic contract guidelines along with the privacy and security aspects. Out of 13 e-commerce websites only 10 websites pass the acceptance test as per statistical t-test. Applications/Improvements: This study first time demonstrates the application of statistical test for validating the different e-contract parameters of website for its universalness.
