We conducted expert interviews with specialists of recruitment agencies of the Republic of Tatarstan and heads of large enterprises of the region, questioning graduates in the period from 2010 to 2014. During the processing of empirical data statistical methods, system analysis, methods of ranking, classification, and grouping were used.
