Abstract

Indium sulfide Nano layers on glass substrate was prepared by Chemical Bath Deposition (CBD) method, at different deposition temperatures 30˚C and 70˚C for about 45 minutes as deposition time. Crystalline and Nanostructures of the layers were obtained, by using X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) analysis.
